What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect what you give us directly:

For mortgage enquiries: the country you're based in, the market you're looking to buy in, and your timeline
Any optional message you add

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic. It doesn't use cookies, local storage, or any technology that identifies you personally — it reports aggregated numbers only (pages viewed, approximate country, general device type), and cannot connect that data back to an individual visitor.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, introduce you to a specialist mortgage broker able to assist with your target market
To keep you updated if you've asked to stay in touch
To understand aggregate site usage so we can improve it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our legal basis

Where GDPR, the UK GDPR, Singapore's PDPA, or Hong Kong's PDPO apply, we rely on your consent — given via the checkbox at the point of submission — to contact you and to share your enquiry with a relevant broker. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics are processed under our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

Who we share it with

Specialist mortgage brokers — if you submit a mortgage enquiry, we share the relevant details with a broker able to assist with your target market. They act as an independent controller for their part of the process, and will have their own privacy practices.
Formspree — the form-processing service that delivers your submission to us.
Cloudflare — our hosting and analytics provider.

We don't share your data with anyone else without telling you.

International transfers

Our service providers, including Formspree and Cloudflare, may process data outside the country you're submitting it from, including in the United States. Where this applies, we rely on the safeguards those providers make available (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent certifications).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us unless you ask us to delete it sooner, or we're required to keep it longer by law.
