This Privacy Policy explains how WHTSNXT ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through whtsnxt.xyz. We have written it in plain English. If anything is unclear, contact us at hello@whtsnxt.xyz.

We take data protection seriously. We collect only what we need, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers named below.

1. Who we are

WHTSNXT is a pre-launch financial services platform operated by its founder, based in Hong Kong. We are not yet a regulated entity. We act as a data controller in respect of personal data submitted through this website.

2. What data we collect

When you complete the waitlist form on our website, we collect:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• City or country of residence
• Country or countries where you are considering purchasing property
• Your intended purchase timeline
• Your consent to be contacted (recorded as a timestamp)

We do not collect payment information, passport details, or any sensitive personal data at this stage.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We collect this data for one purpose: to contact you when WHTSNXT launches in your target market and to assess whether we can help you.

Our legal basis for processing your data under GDPR and UK GDPR is consent — you tick the checkbox on the form before submitting. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@whtsnxt.xyz and we will delete your data within 30 days.

For users based in Singapore, processing is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) on the basis of your consent. For users based in Hong Kong, processing complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) Cap. 486.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as WHTSNXT is active and you remain on our waitlist, or until you request deletion. If WHTSNXT does not launch within 24 months of your submission, we will delete all waitlist data.

5. Who we share your data with

We use the following third-party services to operate this website:

• Formspree (formspree.io) — processes form submissions on our behalf. Data is stored on their servers in the United States. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and processes data under a data processing agreement. See their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — hosts our website and provides DNS and security services. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and basic traffic data as part of delivering the service. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal data with any other third party, including mortgage brokers, lenders or financial institutions, without your explicit consent.

When WHTSNXT launches and you engage with our service, we will ask for your separate consent before introducing you to any broker partner.

6. International transfers

Your data may be stored and processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States (via Formspree) and in Cloudflare's global network. Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on standard contractual clauses or the recipient's participation in an approved adequacy framework.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are based, you have some or all of the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@whtsnxt.xyz. We will respond within 30 days. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. We use Cloudflare's privacy-first web analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites. No cookie consent banner is required.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our website is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted securely to Formspree. We do not store personal data on our own servers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service develops. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email if you are on our waitlist.
